Doubled nominations from the previous year
THE CHALLENGE
Our challenge was to encourage 5000 employees across an insurance intermediary to get involved in the 2nd annual Excellence Awards through peer-to-peer nominations to recognise colleagues who had gone the extra mile for customers.
The success of the nomination process was down to everyone – not just leaders. Timescales were extremely tight to shape and deliver a multi-media campaign.
